Tami serves spiritual and creative people on a journey to fullness of expression, joy, deep wisdom and a remembrance of their true nature. She is a loving catalyst to help finding deeper meaning and truth to create congruence and integrity between what we feel on the inside and how we show up on the outside.For those brave souls who sense that change is imminent and who long to connect with that which with brings them more fully alive, and the gifts they were born to bring into the world.
As a guide of circles, councils and processes of human experience, Tami creates a group vibe that is multi-sensory. Filled with vibrant music, fragrance, dazzling images, backyard bonfires, heart-opening cacao, tasty delights to spark creativity, and most importantly in expanding the territory of authentic relating.
Tami’s special sauce is palpable energy blended with her Masters education in Transpersonal Psychology (specialization in creativity and innovation), depth of experience in coaching, and over 30 years immersed in the business of marketing and entrepreneurship. Lover of Paradox, Pinot Grigio, Patchouli, Peloton, Pearl Jam, Plant Medicine, and our Beautiful Planet. Mom to three amazing humans, a white fluff, and a wife of over 25 years.
SETTING FORTH
In my early years, I began my spiritual journey by reading, travel and befriending my authentic self while building a foundation in fashion, marketing, merchandising and retail.
EXPERIENCE
Studied a spectrum of subjects from Art History, to Journalism to Education and graduated with Liberal Arts education at the University of Maryland

Director of Marketing for an advertising agency for 8 years
A DARK NIGHT
During a long dark period of infertility and treatment, I wrote a book and practiced coping strategies such as the expressive arts, indoor cycling, creative visualization, and meditation, which helped me see the light.
EXPERIENCE
Led workshops: Creative Coping for people experiencing infertility, Expressive Painting and Vision Collage
Certified Schwinn cycle instructor using music, movement and meditation to create a unique motivational style of cycle classes
CREATIVE ENLIGHTENMENT
As a way to combine all of my passions and experience, I created “inspirational activewear” to promote positive thinking and wellness. I designed my own brand of apparel and music pendants and displayed at festivals, shows and studios.
EXPERIENCE
Participated in swag lounges for the Golden Globes and Rock Hall 25th Anniversary Concerts in NY. Received super star celebrity endorsements from Fergie, Smokey Robinson, E Street Band and many others.

Pivoted to Freelance Marketing Consultant
Consulting for retail, creative and fitness start-ups. Assisted in developing and growing personal brands for clients such as: Radio Show Host, Writer/Artist, Jewelry Designer, Personal Trainers, Yoga/Fitness studios.
CHANGING LIVES THROUGH FITNESS
I shifted to marketing in the fitness industry by launching studios, building membership, program design, marketing, managing and fitness coaching. In each role, my purpose was to create a fun and caring community and inspire people to reach their goals of personal transformation.
EXPERIENCE
REGIONAL MARKETING, MANAGEMENT & SALES | ORANGE THEORY FITNESS MD/VA
Launched first-to-market studio and new studios in Metro Area. Led teams and trained staff for excellence in customer service. Recruited talent, coordinated community outreach and helped motivate individuals to commit to making positive changes.
Managed two locations and broke franchise sales records.
MARKETING MANAGER | TRUEBODY FIT, BETHESDA MD
Launched a state-of-the-art, 5-star fitness, yoga, wellness and spa facility. Planned and executed Grand Opening, Special Events, and marketing campaigns to reach new potential members and deepen engagement.
CYCLE PROGRAM DEVELOPER & DIRECTOR | SCULPT DC
Launched a new concept indoor cycling and yoga studio. Created, developed and wrote manual for unique brand of cycling that incorporates mind/body connection. Recruited, trained, managed and coached instructors.

Created strategic partnerships, designed branded gear, recruited and ramped up personal training affiliates.

SOUL WORK
Mid-life inspired me to unravel the past and re-imagine a new and profound second act. By digging into deep inner work and continuing my education, I heeded the call of what I was meant to do and began a path of ongoing spiritual growth. Now in service to others and the world as a Transformative Coach, Circle Leader, Mentor, Teacher, Facilitator and Summit Creator.
